PRO Quick Start Guide
1. Charge your device for 4 hours, or until the indication light on the charger turns from red (not charged) to green (fully charged) using the USB cord and the wall charger.
2. Create your account and register the device byClicking Here
3. Check your email for a verification email from NewReality, open the email and click on the link for verification. This is what creates the account.
4. Once you have logged in, you may purchase sessions on the NewReality website, using either gold coin credits or by using a credit card or PayPal.
5. Make sure your device is off, and then turn it on once the USB cable is connected to your computer. A pop-up will appear, with "Open folder" highlighted. You should click on this. The contents of the device will be shown.
6. Double-click on the icon labeled PADown, and follow the prompts to login and verify the serial number of your device. You will then be shown two columns: on the left column will be "Available Sessions" and on the right column will be the sessions on your PRO. The sessions which you have just purchased should appear on your "Available Sessions" column on the left. To download them onto your device, click on the session you wish to download from the column on the left and drag it to the column on the right. Once you get a pop up that states "Move Success," you may exit PADown, turn off the unit, and eject the drive.
7. To remove a session, once again open the PADown application. Follow the prompts to login and verify the serial number of your device. Click on the session title in the right side column, and drag it to the "Available Sessions" column. This will remove the session from the PRO.

Welcome to your NewReality, and your TGI Sessions Management Utility Help Page. This Sessions Management Utility (if you don't mind, we'll just refer to this as the "Utility" from now on) was designed to make it as easy as possible for you to organize and benefit from your TGI sessions.
Let's start by reviewing the two main files that hold your sessions. The first is located permanently in your own private account on the NewReality web site, and is called "Available Sessions." These are sessions that you have purchased, and are yours to keep for as long as you own your PRO. The second file is located on your PRO's memory card and is called "TGI Programs", and contains all your desired active sessions. The third file is your "Local Library," an advanced feature that is located on your own computer.
You must have completed the following for successful use of this utility:
1. Purchased and registered your PRO on the NewReality web site.
2. Be using an internet-connected computer that utilizes Windows XP or Vista.
Moving an Available Session to your PRO is a simple pick, drag and drop process. Please see the diagram below for a complete explanation (sessions shown are for example only, and do not represent the sessions you may have):
Note the "Space Available" next to the green box. It shows how much room remains on your PRO's memory card. If the card becomes too full and has no more space for additional sessions, you will receive a warning. To make room, click on your most inactive session in the "TGI Programs" list, and drag it to the "Available Sessions" list. Your sessions will always be there for your later use. Note that only sessions and content that have been obtained through NewReality can be stored in "Available Sessions."
If you wish to expand your PRO's convenient portable memory, additional memory cards can be purchased by clicking on "Order More Space." And, when you are ready for your next session, just click on "Order More Sessions" and you will be taken to the NewReality web site where you can select the TGI session of your choice.
When you are finished moving your sessions, just click on the "Exit" box, turn your PRO power switch "off," and disconnect the USB connection cable.
Advanced Feature: The Local Library
For those who prefer to maintain a large inventory of sessions at their fingertips, and for those who would like to take advantage of faster session transfer speeds from the "Available Sessions," we've created the "Local Library." This feature establishes a sub-folder called "Local Library" under "My Documents" on your computer.
Moving the sessions is the same as previously described, only now there are three choices for locating and storing your sessions. Note that duplicates are not possible on the PRO that already exists on the Local Library, just move it to Available Sessions.
Transferring sessions from Available Sessions is typically a little faster if placed into the Local Library, rather than directly to the TGI PRO. It can also be a convenient way to have all your purchased sessions immediately at your finger tips, even when an internet connection is not available.
Problem: A message popped up and said that the internet connection was lost.
Possible cause: The internet signal may have been interrupted, or your connection is not strong enough.
Solution 1a. Attempt to open an internet web window. If successful, exit the
Utility, and restart. If the same error occurs a second time, ensure that you are connected to the internet using an ethernet cable, not a wireless connection through a router. Oftentimes a wireless connection is not strong enough to transfer the sessions.
Solution 1b. You may also need to check your need to check your internet connection download speed. Click here to check your internet speed. Click on the pyramid nearest to your location. Complete the test and then click on My Results at the top of the screen. If the download speed is below 500 kb/s, you will need to find a faster internet connection source, or download the sessions directly from your account on the NewReality web site.
Solution 2. If the attempt to open the web window was not successful, you will need to reestablish your internet connection before the Utility can operate.
Problem: I am getting strange Windows generated error statements.
Possible cause: When logging on and off the Utility multiple times, occasionally Windows will not close the program correctly.
Solution: Close all programs, power down and restart your computer.
Problem: I can't get any more sessions on my PRO.
Possible cause: The memory card is full.
Solution: Please note the prompts. You will need to either move sessions from
the PRO to "Available Sessions" or "Local Library," or obtain additional
Problem: I have previous session folders on my PRO, but they don't show up on the Utility's list.
Possible cause: The Utility is designed to work exclusively with sessions, and not session folders. However, some PROs have been previously provided with the sessions located in folders.
Solution: Use Windows Explorer to open and view the TGI PRO folders.
Option 1. Move the sessions out of the folders and place them in the PRO device drive root directory. Next delete the empty folders. Occasionally Windows will not allow these folders to be directly deleted. In such case, create a new folder, place the empty folders inside the new folder, then delete the new folder.
Option 2. Delete the folders (and by default the sessions contained in the
folders). Restart the Utility, and transfer the sessions from "Available Sessions"
Problem: Something is happening that's not covered above.
Possible cause: A Windows based issue that wasn't anticipated.
Solution: E-mail an explanation of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call NewReality at 877-828-3644. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
If Your Computer Does Not Recognize Your Unit
If you plug in the USB from your PRO to the computer and the computer says:
There are 4 ways to repair this problem:
1. Remove and replace the SD card from the bottom of the PRO. Do this with the PRO in "off" mode.
2. Switch the port you have the USB cable plugged into. Also do this in "off" mode.
3. Try plugging the USB cable into a different computer. Some computers don't allow unknown USB devices to install, or allow the hardware that is needed to make the hardware work properly. Using a different computer can solve this problem.
4. If your SD card is brand new and was not purchased from NewReality, there is a possibility that it will not work with your PRO. We are currently only recommending our customers purchase SD cards from Kingston Elite Pro. Unfortunately, other brands have proven ineffective, or have not been tested with our device.
How does the NewReality TGI PRO™ and KEY™ light and sound machine work?
The NewReality TGI PRO™ and KEY™ use blue L.E.D.s (light emitting diodes) and binaural beats (sounds) that pulse at specified frequencies. Each NewReality the PRO and KEY systems gently guides the user from Beta the wide-awake state then into the more relaxed brainwave state of Alpha and then into Theta the best state for learning. The process is very similar to the cycle of sleep you enter into each night. Each NewReality device is like a mini computer, which stores the audio recordings, (guided creative visualizations) and then plays back your selection. The NewReality device is encoded to play only the user's programs. If your PRO or KEY device is damaged all of your programs are easily replaced on to your new machine. Your data is always available to you on your own personal NewReality web page.
Can I play my NewReality Programs on other MP3 players?
The NewReality PRO and KEY use a patent pending encoding and encryption process. Although these files play like MP3 files, they are actually NXT files. Your computer does not have the software to play these files. The NXT Software is part of the total system and is how each session is programmed to trigger the light and sound process.
What are the different brainwave states and how do they differ from being awake?
Our brains operate in four primary frequency ranges.
BETA 13-30 Hz:This is your wide-awake conscious state - your reactionary mind. This is where you spend most of your wake time. This is also where your strongest filtering system is. Often referred to as the critical factor. This is also the level of your mind where fears, frustrations and negative emotions are processed. The primary reason to use the NewReality program is to train your mind to get out of the state where stress rules and into the more relaxed state.
ALPHA 8-13 Hz:: Is the intuitive mind. This is because this is the place most associated with creativity and flow. It is also the brain wave state associated with relaxation, tranquility and daydreaming. It is also known as a super-learning state.
THETA 4-8 Hz:This is the breakthrough state where you can reinvent your life. It is the borderline sleep state; a meditation state with access to your other-than-conscious mind where you have higher levels of creativity, learning, inspiration. It is also in this state that the NewReality program is designed to help you visualize.
DELTA 1-4 Hz:This is the breakthrough state where you can reinvent your life. It is the borderline sleep state; a meditation state with access to your other-than-conscious mind where you have higher levels of creativity, learning, inspiration. It is also in this state that the NewReality program is designed to help you visualize.
Who can benefit from using the NewReality technology?
Anyone who would like the benefits of stress reduction and the opportunity to achieve their goals and desires. The NewReality PRO and KEY in combination with Transformational Guided Imagery™ (TGI) creates a powerful tool to focus the power of the mind and keep one focused on results you want in your life.
What happens when I have a TGI session?
Have you ever gone to the ocean for a vacation, sat down and thought this is wonderful it is so relaxing? The ocean waves are moving at the same frequency as the brain wave Alpha. Our bodies naturally synchronize with the frequency we are exposed to (frequency following response), so we automatically slow down and relax next to the ocean. Now think about being at Time Square in New York, you can almost feel the very high tension and stress level caused by the chaos and noise. The NewReality devices generate light and sound frequencies that allow us to relax. The light frequency is delivered through special glasses - which look like sunglasses - your eyes remain closed and the sound frequency is delivered through headphones. The music is designed to enhance your experience and invite a higher degree of alpha brainwave activity. The light and sound pulse rate shifts from wide-awake beta to a dreaming drowsy state of theta as the session progresses.
Can you give another explanation of how TGI works?
In TGI, you are going to be given information that you will want to use when you are awake. It works like a sticky note. You write yourself a little note and post it somewhere as a reminder. Most people really want to make a change. We have all the best intentions in the world, but we never rehearse the change. What we are going to do through TGI is rehearse new behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs so that you will have learned new behavioral responses to old triggers. As your new responses take hold, you are going to be convinced that you can be tobacco-free, or lose weight, or reprogram any negative behavior. It's that easy. Isn't that something you would like to do?
What are some of the outcomes achieved by using the NewReality KEY system?
The majority of users of the NewReality programs which have reported stress relief from the deep relaxation, falling asleep easier, improved memory, improved learning skills such as concentration and recall of information, more emotional stability, an increased sense of calm, increased focus, lucid dreaming, and increased physical energy. The NewReality programs are designed to help you reach your full potential; however, we cannot guarantee your results with the use of the program. Please understand that results will vary from person to person.
How important is the music & sound?
Environmental sounds and music have been used for centuries in many cultures. Tribes would use drums, chants, and environmental sounds like wind and rain to provide strong mental pictures and associations - the same way people find it relaxing to go sit by the ocean and listen to waves crashing to shore, or to listen to a river flowing over rocks. These pleasant sounds are much more enjoyable and relaxing than one-note beeps or tones such as those used by other devices. TGI incorporates the most sophisticated sound generation circuitry available, using a patent pending encryption process to employ digitally synthesized sound. Each session is fully synchronized with the light and audio program to ensure that the session starts and stops with precise timing.
What are "binaural beats"?
Binaural beat generation is a sound feature on all NewReality devices. Using two sound synthesizers during the recording and encryption process and by specifying slightly different sound frequencies for the left and right channels, it is possible to induce a third frequency which is the difference between the left and right in the mind of the user. This is known as binaural beat frequency generation. The perceived beat frequency is in sync with the pulsing lights. For those who are light sensitive and cannot use the pulsing lights the lights can be turned off and only the frequency following response of the binaural beats used.
Why are blue LEDs used instead of white lights?
Light emitting diodes -- LED's -- are state of the art solid-state devices that convert small amounts of safe electrical energy into light. They can be switched on and off much faster than incandescent lights, producing the crisp strobe-like pulses which have been shown to be most effective at inducing the frequency following response needed to guide the user through the brainwave states. The blue LED was picked for its very pure cool color. Again it is important to note that a person who is prone to seizures should not use the light portion of the NewReality program.
Is the NewReality Program effective without the use of the glasses?
Yes. Although the best benefits can be reached by using the complete system including the LEDs and binaural beats, music therapy and guided imagery processes. Binaural beats alone have been effective forms of relaxation long before the invention of the computer chip that makes the program possible
Is TGI safe?
Completely. The two components to TGI creative visualization and relaxation are 100% natural and have no side effects . . . unless you count more restful sleep, a boost in energy, enhanced memory and concentration, and an overall sense of wellbeing! TGI cannot make you do anything you don't want to or wouldn't do normally. TGI is audio guided imagery, which is different from the frequency following response induced the blue L.E.D. lights. If you are photosensitive or are epileptic be sure to turn the lights off and simply listen to the program.
What are some examples of the Alpha Brainwave state?
Have you ever driven down the road so engrossed in your thoughts that you missed your exit? You were in such a deep state of concentration that you were completely unaware of your surroundings. You were in Alpha. Have you ever found yourself so enthralled in a TV show that you did not hear a family member calling your name? Perhaps, after several attempts, you finally tuned out the television show and tuned back into reality. This is also Alpha. When we are doing what we enjoy you are in Alpha. Whatever the hobby, time flies while you are actively enjoying your favorite activity. This is because we experience time differently while in the state of Alpha. When Einstein developed his theory of relativity, he said this about time: When you are with beautiful people for an hour, it seems like a minute. If you are sitting on a hot stove for a minute, it will seem like an hour! We cannot make anyone do anything they don't want to. If I could do that, I would make my son clean his room (I would make my husband mow the lawn) etc.
Can anyone use TGI?
Generally speaking, most normal people is can benefit from TGI. That is, people who have NO severe mental disorders, or are not on medications. Therefore, most anyone can take advantage of the benefits of the NewReality program. With your commitment to daily use of the NewReality Program, you can expect excellent results with our TGI programs.
How will I know I've reached the Alpha or Theta state?
Everyone's experience is uniquely different. No two people experience the same feelings or sensations while using the NewReality program. You could experience lightness, heaviness, or a tingling sensation. You might even start to feel your eyes quiver. You might tear up. All of these things are indications of being in the state where the programs is designed to take you.
How does the NewReality Program produce effective results?
What we are going to do in our TGI is program is present positive information and ideas. Do you know how to drink water? Do you know how to eat? Do you know how to exercise? So you have these abilities, right? So our job is not to give you the abilities. You already have those. Our job is to give you a response to those abilities, to create responsibility. You are using your own abilities. TGI simply provides the motivation, the determination, and the drive to help you succeed with goals such as weight loss, stop smoking, stress reduction and improved sleep.
What if I'm skeptical -- what will take that away?
When you begin to notice that you're creating a new reality in your daily habits and behaviors, your skepticism will vanish!
I'm afraid of losing control.
You are actually in more control in the state of relaxation than you are right now. In the state of Alpha and Theta, you have discretionary access to your other-than-conscious mind, allowing you to tune into your thoughts, feelings, and emotions on a deeper level. Then with the help of the NewReality process and the TGI program you will be able to rehearse what you really want out of life.
Is it safe for me to drive after I have had a session of TGI?
Yes, it's safe for you to drive after a session on the NewReality device. You will find you feel refreshed, just like you would if you just woke up or went on a mental vacation. When you come out of the relaxation state, you will feel positive and recharged, as if your entire being has changed. If you feel Groggy, simply wait a few minutes. It is just like waking up in the morning, some of us jump out of bed ready to take on the world the rest of us take some time to become fully awake and get ready to go.
What is the youngest age you can work with? Can you work with children?
As long as they can sit still in a chair for 20 or 30 minutes, we can work with them. We have worked with clients as young as seven years old.
What changes am I supposed to be making?
It's different for everyone. Some people see results after their first visit. Some results are going to be slower than others. Remember to pace yourself and not try to do everything at once. Just take it little by little. One woman had no weight loss results for six month and then she started losing weight and lost over 100 pounds. For those who smoke we have seen some stop smoking after only one demo session at a trade show and others who might take months.
How fast should I experience results?
If you are following all the components of the program exactly as laid out, you should begin noticing changes almost immediately. But remember everyone is different there is no right or wrong response to the programs.
Why do I have listen to the processes at least twice a week?
Just like athletes need practice to perfect their skill, listening to your processes will help you perfect the skill of eliminating unwanted behaviors. For best results we recommend listening to session #1 every day for a week and then session #2 every day for a week and so on.
Why can't I use the NewReality Program in business?
The NewReality program is a personal system and for personal use only. All content used in the NewReality system is protected under copyright law. Being such, only with the purchase of a TGI business site-license can you use copyright works for profit in business.
It is important to note that using the NewReality program is a form of meditation; it is not a cure for any disease or emotional problems. If you have any concerns about using the NewReality program consult your physician. Do not use the NewReality program if you are photosensitive, are epileptic, or have emotional problems.
The battery indicator on my PRO doesn't change. Is the battery always full?
No. The battery indicator on the PRO never changes, no matter how full or empty the battery is. Future models of the PRO will have an indicator that will decrease as the battery is used.
How long should I charge my PRO when I first get it?
We recommend a full 24 hours in "off" mode.
How long does the battery last?
The battery should last you the length of play for about 12 TGI modules, depending on their length.
How frequently should I charge the battery?
This depends entirely on your usage. If you are listening to multiple sessions per day, you may want to charge the battery overnight every 2-3 days. If you are listening to multiple sessions per week, overnight once or twice a week should be sufficient.
Can I overcharge the battery?
No, the unit will stop taking the charge when the unit is full.
Should I wait until the battery is close to empty before recharging, like with my cell phone?
It is not necessary to wait for the battery to be empty. It won't do any damage to the PRO.
If I charged the PRO for a short time and I charge it again, will the battery then be permanently short-lived?
Should the PRO be on or off when you charge them?
Charging the PRO while it is on will not harm the PRO, but the PRO will charge faster and more efficiently if it is off.
Does the PAL hold the charge?
Unfortunately no. If you charge the PRO for 24 hours, unplug it, and then don't use it for a couple days, the next time you do the battery won't be at full capacity. This can cause sessions to stop abruptly, freeze, or for the unit to turn off mid-session. To counteract this, we recommend you only charge the PRO a few hours or the day before you are going to use it.
By purchasing the PRO, the Purchaser agrees to the warranty terms and conditions included below. Products purchased directly from NewReality or through an authorized PRO distributor have a limited one year warranty and are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Such defects are limited to the function of the PRO and accessories (earphones and eyeglasses) as specified in the user manual provided with the PRO.
Should the PRO or accessories fail within 30 days of shipment, it will be replaced at no charge to the Purchaser; after 30 days, it will be replaced with the Purchaser paying shipping and handling.
The following information governs returns of products purchased directly from NewReality or an authorized PRO Distributor (either via phone or the online store):
-Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse
-Usage that is not in accordance with NewReality's PRO product instructions
-Products with missing or altered serial numbers
-Products which have had their housings opened or otherwise tampered with
-Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components
NewReality Warranty Returns
If you discover what you believe is a product defect in the PRO or accessories, please contact NewReality Customer Service at 877-828-3644. Our customer support personnel is available during support hours to assist you in diagnosing and fixing any problems you may encounter in the use of your PRO. In the event we cannot help you fix the problem over the phone, you may be entitled to a replacement product under the terms of NewReality's limited warranty. Replacement products may include refurbished PRO products that have been recertified to conform with product specifications.
Warranty Coverage and Exclusions
The NewReality limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in every PRO product you purchase during the applicable warranty period, subject to certain exceptions. NewReality's warranty period is one year from the date we ship the applicable PRO product to you, as determined by the date on the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. NewReality may change the availability of limited warranties, at our discretion, but any changes we make will not be applied retroactively.
NewReality enjoys a special but limited relationship with its customers and sales associates. "Special" in that everyone is focused on the same goal, "Achieving personal success and wellness through TGI," and "Limited" in that associates do not represent NewReality in any formal manner, especially with regard to the performance of the programs and/or equipment provided by NewReality. NewReality, its subsidiaries, and direct affiliates are not responsible for any representations, commitments or assurances made on its behalf that are contrary or in addition to the policies, warranties, and assurances posted on this NewReality web site.

30-Day Return Right
If you are not completely satisfied with your PRO product at any time during the 30-day period following the original shipment date, please contact NewReality Customer Service at 877-828-3644. Our customer support personnel is available during support hours to make sure you have every opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the PRO. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please follow the steps below for a refund of your purchase price. Each return is subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 10% of the original sale. This amount will be subtracted from the original purchase price before a refund is given. Please note that only products in the original packaging with all materials and in new or as-new condition are eligible for the 30-Day refund.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY RETURNS/REPAIRS
To return a product, please follow these simple steps:
Request an RGA
If in the diagnosis of reported performance issues with your PRO product(s), our customer support personnel determines that your product(s) qualifies for a Warranty Return, a Return Good Authorization (RGA) request will be initiated and a unique RGA number will given. Every limited warranty return and 30-Day Return must have an associated (RGA) number. For limited warranty returns, Purchaser will provide valid credit card information as a security deposit for the advance shipment of the replacement PRO or accessories. The Purchaser agrees that such replacement fees that may occur according to the schedule below are authorized to be charged against the credit card provided by the Purchaser. NewReality must receive the returned item within fourteen (14) days after a RGA number has been issued. An assigned RGA number is valid for 14 days only and will expire on the 15th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused.
Use the Original PRO Boxes
30-Day Return products must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included. Limited warranty returns must be returned as specified by NewReality Customer Service. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely. Please note that failure to return all items included with your product, or returning the product without the manufacturer packaging may result in the product(s) being shipped back to you at your own expense.
Use a Trackable Shipping Method
NewReality will not be responsible for returned products sent using an alternate carrier or shipping label. It is the sender's responsibility to retain a copy of the shipping label with the applicable tracking number signed by an agent of the carrier as proof that the possession of the returned product shipment was transferred to the carrier. You have 14 days from the date of RGA request to return your original product.
(30-Day Returns) Ship the Product Back to NewReality
Once you have received your RGA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. Please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange shipment pickup, prepay shipping (and any duty) charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a sender's copy of the shipment invoice and the shipment tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until the return product has been received. NewReality reserves the right to refuse any product returned under the 30-Day Return Right that does not meet these criteria.
(30-Day Returns) Receive Your Refund
Once the return is received and verified to meet all of the above conditions, please allow 20-35 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. NewReality will not refund original or return shipping costs or duties.
(Limited Warranty Returns) Receive your Replacement
If your product(s) qualifies for advanced replacement, NewReality will send the replacement PRO or accessories, which will be new or refurbished at NewReality's option, to the Purchaser along with a pre-paid return label. Replacement product(s) will ship within two (2) working days of RGA request, excluding weekends and holidays, and the shipment of your returned product is not required until your replacement product(s) has been received. Purchaser must ship the original product(s) back to NewReality using the replacement shipping box within five (5) working days or the Purchaser will be charged according to the fee schedule (see attached document).
If your product(s) does not qualify for Advanced Replacement, your product(s) will ship upon receipt and inspection of your original product(s) and we may require a valid credit card number to ship your replacement product(s). As part of our returns process, you will receive an email notifying you that your replacement order has been placed and another email notifying you that your product has shipped.
You will not be charged for the replacement product as long as (1) you return the original product to us within 14 days after issuance of the RGA or 14 days after the shipment date of your replacement order, if your product(s) qualifies for Advanced Replacement, and (2) the problem you reported with the product(s) proves to be covered by the terms of the limited warranty. NewReality reserves the right to make the sole determination as to the reason for failure and will notify the Purchaser of such determination within 30 days of receiving the faulty PRO product(s). Note that should the returned PRO or accessories be tested and found to be in sound working order, the Purchaser will be charged for such testing services (see attached document).If we do not receive the original product(s) within 14 days, or if we determine that the problem with your product(s) is not covered by the limited warranty, we will charge the then-current standard price for the applicable product(s) to your credit card or the original form of payment used at the time you placed your original order.

* S&H - Shipping and Handling: Exact fees shall be determined at the time the Return Goods Authorization is provided, and shall be dependent on the item and level of shipping service. The total RGA cost will be conveyed to Purchaser via e-mail, and must be returned by Purchaser to NewReality indicating Purchaser approval prior to replacement unit being shipped.

Transfer of Limited Warranty
Limited warranties on NewReality PRO products may be transferred during the warranty period if the current owner transfers ownership of the products and records the transfer with us. The products must be registered by both the previous and new owner in order to effect the transfer of limited warranty.
Problems Outside of Warranty Coverage
If we determine that the problem is not covered under the limited warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service or replacement alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

KEY Operating Instructions
About "The KEY To Achievement" (The KEY):
The KEY is a portable, self-contained goal realization system that uses a process known as "Presence Adaptation™". With pulsing lights and soft sound beats the KEY gently creates the perfect learning state-of-mind, where you experience experts guiding you to help you achieve your desired goals.
The first step in preparing your KEY for use is to be sure it is fully charged.
Plug the charger into a North American standard receptacle (the charger will work with virtually all available world-wide household electricity; a plug adapter to fit a particular receptacle may be necessary). Remove the end cap from the KEY and insert into the battery charger for two hours. A fully charged KEY will play a minimum of five average length (20 minute) programs before needing a recharge, and it may also be plugged into a computer's USB port for charging. If there is insufficient power in the battery to play a program, it will display "Low Bat - Charge". The battery can lose its charge over time, so it is ideal to charge the KEY at least once a week.
NOTE: To help extend the available play time, the screen will go dark after one minute. Pressing any control point will re-illuminate the screen (without affecting the program in-progress).
Use the slide switch on the top of the KEY to turn the KEY on. "The KEY To Achievement" will be momentarily displayed. There are two modes of operation, "PROGRAM" and "PLAY". When in the PROGRAM mode (Play Status is shown as a "?"), the programs are displayed by pressing the "-<<" and ">>+" portion of the control wheel. The program ID is displayed in the yellow bar, while the program description and total play time is shown in the blue area.
Note that the OptoPath™ glasses are plugged into the KEY's left port, while the headphones/earbuds are connected to the right port.
Once the desired program is displayed, pressing the ">II" button will start the program, and change the display to the "PLAY" mode, and the "Play Status" indicator will change from a "∎" to a "►". Note that the "time remaining" is displayed in large numbers.
While in the PLAY mode the volume can be adjusted by pressing the "-<<" and ">>+" portion of the control wheel, and the OptoPath lights brightness can be adjusted by pressing the "M" and "R/V" . Note that the volume and brightness level settings are displayed on the screen, with the volume range from 0 to 8, and the brightness range from 0 to 10.
Pressing the ">II" button briefly while in the PLAY mode will pause the program and change the Display Status from a "►" to a "II" . Pressing it again will resume the program. Pressing the ">II" button for two seconds will stop the program and display the PROGRAM screen.
BE SURE to turn the KEY off after the program has finished. With the battery saving feature turning off the display, it is easy to overlook that the KEY is still powered up.
Adjusting the Sound Beats
While in the PROGRAM mode, briefly press the "M" on the control wheel. The "Beats" volume adjustment screen will appear. By pressing the "-<<" or ">>+" on the control wheel the sound pulse volume can be increased or decreased. The screen can be returned to the "Program" mode by pressing the ">II" button or by waiting about 10 seconds.
The Optimum "KEY To Achievement" Experience
Ideally you should use a quiet, low-lighted room with a bed or recliner. Lay on your back with your legs straight, and hands at your side. Select your desired program, and test to see that the volume and brightness levels are properly set to your comfort. Put on the OptoPath glasses and earphones, recline, close your eyes, and begin the program.
A few tips:
- The KEY will work with any headphones equipped with a 3.5mm jack. Note that when The KEY is used with headphones other than earbuds, playing time can be reduced.
- Although a quiet room is ideal, The KEY can be used anywhere such as airplanes.
- Do not attempt to engage in any other activity such as driving or operating machinery while using The KEY.
- If you have any light sensitivity or notice any discomfort with the blinking lights, begin using The KEY with the brightness level turned down. Turn the lights up as you become more accustomed to the experience.
Photosensitivity: If you have or suspect that you may have a sensitivity to bright or flashing lights, check with your medical professional prior to using the OptoPath glasses. The KEY programs can be experienced without the glasses with reasonable results.
