Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is the gentle and powerful art of Japanese energy healing. With JSJ, your body can optimize it’s innate abilities to heal itself and remain healthy. This subtle energy work is amazingly easy to learn and do. Although powerful alone, it synergizes with, and enhances benefits of, all other healing modalities like massage, yoga, acupuncture, etc. JSJ aids in speedier recovery from surgeries, chemotherapy and other treatments. It helps your body in all areas, including relaxation, sleep and energy. As long as both hands are available, it can be done anywhere by any age person. In this audio, I will guide you through an adaptation of JSJ and its easy steps. I invite you to do this for yourself when you're on a speakerphone, a passenger in a car, at the movies, in meetings, on planes, anywhere you are. After a while, it will become a habit because it feels so good. It’s not noticeable by others and you are providing healing and relaxing energy work to yourself whenever you choose. Once aware of this work, you will notice that babies naturally do this. You will also notice how relaxed you feel.
